When you start a Subscribe & Save plan you agree to a minimum of two orders: your first order plus one recurring order. Your selected products are billed and shipped automatically at the frequency you choose.

You can skip, change, or cancel your subscription at any time after the second order has been processed, from your account or by contacting us. Cancelling before the second order is not available, as the two-order minimum is part of the saving you receive.

Prices, available products, and subscription discounts may change. We will give you notice before any change takes effect. You authorise us to charge your chosen payment method for each scheduled order until you cancel.

If a scheduled payment fails we may retry it or pause your subscription until your payment details are updated.
