We keep shipping simple: free across New Zealand, flat rates by order size across the ditch, and tracked delivery on every order. Every order ships from our base in Auckland.

Where we ship

We currently ship to New Zealand and Australia. Available options and exact costs for your address always show at checkout before you pay.

Processing times

Orders are packed and dispatched from Auckland within 1 to 2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed over the weekend are processed the next working day. During launches and sale periods dispatch can take a little longer.

New Zealand delivery

• Standard shipping is FREE on all NZ orders.
• Typical delivery is 1 to 3 working days for urban addresses and 2 to 5 working days for rural addresses once dispatched.

Australia delivery

• Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your order size, starting from $15.
• Orders over $465 ship FREE.
• Typical delivery is 6 to 12 working days once dispatched, plus any time your order spends in customs.

Tracking

Every order is sent tracked. You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update after dispatch.

Delivery estimates

All delivery timeframes above are estimates from our carriers, not guarantees. Weather events, peak season volumes and customs processing can add time. If your order seems stuck, get in touch and we will chase it up.

Wrong or incomplete address

Please double check your delivery details at checkout. If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, we may need to charge the actual cost of reshipping it.

Damaged or missing orders

If your order arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, contact us as soon as possible and we will sort it. See our Refund Policy for full details.
